An award-winning multi-disciplinary practice is seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join their Sydney studio. As part of a leading team, this practice delivers impactful and innovative projects across Australia, with design expertise shared across eight studios. With a number of exciting interior projects underway, they are looking for a confident, forward-thinking designer who brings both creative vision and strong project delivery experience to the table. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design excellence, has strong Hotel & Hospitality experience, and thrives in a studio that values initiative and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead interior design projects from concept to completion across a range of sectors

Develop and present compelling design concepts in response to client briefs

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources in collaboration with the wider team

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery

Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and design direction

Build and maintain strong client relationships through all project phases

Stay across industry trends and contribute to the studio’s creative development

Skills & Experience:

8+ years’ interior design experience, ideally within the Hotel/ Hospitality sector

Strong design sensibility with a refined and creative approach

Proven experience leading projects from concept through to completion

Confident communicator with client-facing experience

Technical understanding of Revit

Ability to mentor and support junior team members

Collaborative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
