About the Role

It's a strategic and hands on role delivering best in class marketing campaigns that will fuel acquisition, engagement, retention and long-term loyalty.
Duties
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will design and implement a multi-channel growth strategy to drive rapid customer acquisition and retention as well as increasing brand awareness across Australia. You are a data-driven superstar, with strong attention to detail and experience across both traditional and digital advertising platforms and innovative growth hacking strategies. You will know exactly how to take them to the next level. You also love working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders and you genuinely see their success as yours.
About you

- You're passionate about growth, acquisition and retention. You're obsessed with the customer journey. You love coming up with creative, non-traditional marketing campaigns, testing and iterating to identify low cost acquisition tactics as well as re-engaging dormant users
- You're a doer. You have an incredible eye for detail. You can move between strategy, idea creation and day-to-day execution with ease
- You're an awesome project manager, you're highly organised and you know how to manage and motivate your internal and external teams, set and achieve quarterly KPIs
Must have:
- Degree qualified with 7+ years of quantifiable experience in marketing strategy and implementation (airline, retail, subscription, insurance or financial services or Big B2C Brand experience is a must)
- Marketing all-rounder with strong experience across all marketing channels including but not limited to (PPC, SEO, in-app messaging, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, online advertising, PR)
- Experience in forecasting and budget allocation / planning of marketing budget with regular reporting to senior management
- A proven track record of leading a team in a complex and often ambiguous working environment
