EXELNetwork is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our small but growing team in Rowville. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and working alongside the team, while also taking responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Around 90–95% of your time will be spent on core warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and repetitive bench work. The remainder will involve coordinating the team, managing escalations, and keeping things running efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

Working side by side with the team on daily warehouse tasks (pick/pack, bench work, data entry, cleaning and organising).

Overseeing workflow and providing day-to-day direction for a team of 5 including casuals.

Handling escalation cases and resolving day-to-day issues.

Approving leave, rostering casuals, and taking calls when staff are absent.

Holding regular 1 on 1’s with Team Members

Liaising with the Head of Operations and Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth operations.

Supporting a positive, organised, and safe team culture.

About you:

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong team focus.

Previous experience in a warehouse environment.

Experience leading or coordinating others.

Strong attention to detail and basic computer/data entry skills.

Well organised with the ability to juggle priorities.

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physically active work.

Standard weekday hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
