We currently have an opportunity for an Asset Coordinator to join our team. This is an administrative role. You will be responsible for recording assets and close-out documentation specific to projects delivered to the Australian Department of Defence.
Key Responsibilities:
The Candidate will be tasked with effectively and accurately navigating a spectrum of project contracts, varying in scale, from initiation to completion, with a particular emphasis on facilitating asset data capture.
Initiate Requests for Information (RFIs) to secure Data, As-Built drawings and Space Plans from the client
Updating client portals with Asset Data.
Creating Asset records from construction drawings and recording asset particulars.
Assist with the incorporation of Asset Data into Operational & Maintenance Manuals.
Work with Project Managers to deliver project through to completion.
Methodically file contractual and project documents and correspondence.
Undertake miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
Extend project administrative support to internal personnel as necessitated.
Ensure proper archiving of received and processing emails
Support other business ventures and collaborations as required.
Selection Criteria Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication with Directors, Managers, Clients, and Suppliers.
Demonstrated proficiency in rapid and accurate data entry.
Exemplary time management and organisational capabilities.
Construction Industry experience, preferably within the Defence Industry.
Aptitude for articulate verbal and written communication.
Capacity for proactive and innovative thinking, coupled with the initiative to explore unconventional approaches.
Superior grasp of time management principles.
Strong collaborative aptitude, enabling seamless integration within team dynamics.
Capability to excel while working independently and delivering on individual projects.
Competence in cooperative collaboration and supervision to achieve collective goals.
Unwavering self-motivation and adaptability to meet stringent deadlines.
