Casual Reception/Nursing Staff – Oral & Maxillofacial Clinic

We are a busy oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Casual Receptionist/Nurse to join our team.

About the role:
This is a casual position (approx. 8–16 hours per week) supporting both reception and nursing duties. You’ll work closely with our professional team to ensure patients receive a seamless and positive experience.

Duties include:

Managing phones and appointments

Patient liaison and front desk reception

Surgical assisting and support as required

Sterilization of equipment and instruments as required

General administrative tasks

Requirements:

Previous experience in dental nursing or oral and maxillofacial is mandatory

Experience with Genie software is essential

Strong communication and organisational skills

Previous experience in reception or nursing (dental/medical setting desirable)

Friendly, professional manner with a focus on patient care

Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
