We produce resins for the plastic industry as well as manufacturing polyethylene dampcourse, root barrier, slip sheet, cable cover and other sheet extruded products. Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable and experienced Machine Operators to operate and monitor equipment used in the plastic recycling and extrusion process. This role is critical in maintaining high-quality production standards while ensuring safety and efficiency.

1x Afternoon Shift (2pm-10pm). 1-2 weeks training on Day Shift before commencing shift work.

1x Night Shift (10pm-6am). 2 weeks training on Day Shift before commencing shift work.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor plastic recycling and extrusion machinery.

Load raw plastic materials and manage material feed systems.

Adjust machine settings for temperature, speed, and pressure.

Inspect final products for quality assurance.

Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues.

Maintain clean and safe work areas.

What you will bring:

Prior experience in plastic recycling or extrusion (preferred).

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 20kg and work in a hot/noisy environment.

Basic understanding of machinery operations and safety procedures.

Strong attention to detail and work ethic.

Forklift license (a plus).

Must have Australian work rights or valid work visa to be eligible for this position.
