Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various machines to ensure they are functioning efficiently and safely.
• Perform routine quality checks and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during production.

• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to foster a safe and respectful work environment for everyone.

  Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting with a diverse workforce.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent attention to detail and the capability to follow detailed instructions.
  
  Day-to-Day
• Review the previous shift's production data and any handover notes to seamlessly transition into your tasks.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on machines to ensure they are ready for use.
• Engage in a variety of production tasks, operating different machines as needed to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with team members, offering assistance and guidance when necessary to ensure efficient workflow.
• Contribute to team meetings aimed at assessing production lines and proposing improvements.
• Strictly adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
