Job Title: SAP Delivery Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions (ECC & S/4HANA)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead a major Merger & Acquisition (M&A) program across SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes. This role will oversee delivery of a complex integration program, ensuring alignment across teams, business continuity, and smooth execution during a period of change.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end SAP delivery for an M&A program, spanning both ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Build and manage project plans, budgets, and resources to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.

Guide integration, carve-out, or consolidation activities with a focus on minimising business disruption.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure alignment.

Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

Provide clear governance, reporting, and updates to senior leadership throughout the program.

Key Requirements

Strong background in SAP program or delivery management within large, complex environments.

Proven experience leading M&A initiatives such as integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs.

In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments and transition pathways.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior leaders.

Skilled in vendor and partner management.

Comfortable working in dynamic environments with multiple moving parts.
