About the Role
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator/Estimator to join our team, (for both residential and commercial team).The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, preparing estimates, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. These roles require strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Role Requirements
• Mandarin Speaking
• 2years + Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, and or Estimator is essential, and applicants will only be considered if they have this proven experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in either: Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Building and Construction Management is highly desired for this role - it may not be necessary if you have had years of experience in these roles with a construction company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software eg: Procore, Monday.com, Microsoft Projects ,Bluebeam etc
• Previous experience working in the residential project, specifically in house construction and renovation; or experience working in the commercial project.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Construction card, open Drivers licence

Responsibilities
• Working alongside with the CEO and site manager
• Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, letting and procurement schedules
• Ordering and delivery of project materials
• Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontractors
• Administration of RFI to clients
• Making progress claim for project
• Management of project documentation, including drawing, quotes, mark-ups
• Communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Preparing accurate cost estimates for projects
• Resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
