About the Role as a (Indigenous Identified) Case Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of personal injury claims with care and accuracy
• Review medical, financial and rehabilitation reports to support decisions
• Work closely with injured individuals, health providers, employers and internal teams
• Provide excellent customer service while meeting legislative requirements
• Help people return to health and work with dignity and support

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in claims management, workers compensation, insurance or call centre roles highly preferred
• You identify as an indigenous professional
• Strong communication & negotiation skills to engage with multiple stakeholders
• High levels of empathy, resilience and professionalism
• Allied health or psychology background highly regarded
