We are now seeking a Victorian Specification Manager to drive growth, strengthen our relationships, and lead specification activity across the region. This is a role for someone who combines technical expertise with sales acumen – a professional who can inspire confidence in architects and builders alike, while ensuring every solution is compliant, robust, and beautiful.

The Role

In this pivotal position, you will:

Partner with architects, engineers, builders, certifiers, and councils to secure specification of our high-performance façade and roofing systems.

Provide expert technical advice from design concept through to project delivery, ensuring both compliance and creative vision are achieved.

Apply your knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, and the CodeMark program to navigate complex compliance requirements.

Deliver customised solutions for projects ranging from industrial developments to landmark educational, health, and public domain facilities.

Act as the go-to technical expert for Victoria, strengthening our reputation for reliability, quality, and innovation.

Build and grow trusted networks, positioning the business as a partner of choice in the architectural and construction community.

About You

We are seeking someone who brings:

Proven experience in façade, cladding, or roofing systems, with a strong focus on technical specification sales.

A background in architecture, construction, or engineering, giving you the ability to speak the language of both design and build.

A deep understanding of building compliance frameworks and the ability to confidently interpret the NCC, AS, and certification pathways.

An eye for design detail and appreciation for the balance between aesthetics and technical performance.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, able to lead discussions with a diverse group of stakeholders.

A consultative, detail-driven sales style with the ability to win trust and influence specifications on complex, high-value projects.

The maturity and expertise suited to a senior professional – someone ready to step into a role with both autonomy and accountability.

$110,000 – $130,000 base + Super + Car + Profit Share.
