Your Role
As a Collections Officer, you will primarily focus on collections while developing skills across multiple operational areas:

• Manage B2B collections processes, contacting clients regarding outstanding payments
• Work closely with brokers to ensure smooth transaction processing
• Support relationship managers and the sales team
• Develop skills in credit review and operational support functions
• Contribute to improving operational processes and customer service standards
