Climbing Ladders Early Learning & Montessori Centre is a purpose built Long Day Care, Montessori & Preschool Centre located in North Kellyville NSW, catering for up to 104 children daily, aged from 6 weeks to 6 years.

The Montessori Teacher will mainly work in the Preschool Rooms aged between 3 to 5 years supporting the classroom with:

· Daily preparation of the indoor and outdoor environments.

· Responsible for the Montessori content in the Planning Cycle and Curriculum.

· Provide support to the other Educators as the Montessori Lead Educator.

· Assist children respectfully, encouraging independence and concentration.

· Observe and follow the child’s lead while ensuring safety and care.

· Contribute to a calm, purposeful, and nurturing classroom atmosphere.

· Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child’s journey.

What You Will Need

· Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

· Montessori qualification or Certificate preferred but not essential

· Current Working with Children Check

· First Aid/CPR desirable

· A warm, collaborative approach and passion for child-led, play-based learning in a Montessori Environment

· Typical hours are between 9am and 2pm
