• Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice
• Motivation to build and maintain strong relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community
• Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with our service.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid NSW Working With Children Check
• Understanding of contemporary child safe practices
• Available for a full-time permanent position, 5 days a week, across all service operational hours, and able to be flexible as required
• ACECQA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care - those with recognised Early Childhood Teaching degrees will also be strongly considered
• Considerable recent experience in sector, especially in the Preschool space as an Educator and/or Teacher, with a true passion for engaging with this age group
• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates, Food Safety and Child Protection training with a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willing to obtain/refresh).
