Junior Digital Media, Website & Photography Assistant.

We are an established Homewares company offering an impressive and extensive range of products to retailers across Australia and New Zealand.
We are looking for an all-rounder to join our creative team with a “can do” attitude.

Reporting to our Creative Director, this role will primarily focus on photo-editing, all social media content and website uploads.
A willingness to be involved in the overall creative team tasks will be highly regarded also.

Within this role you will be able to take instruction from the Creative Director and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Marketing & Website Responsibilities:

Schedule and publish content across all social media channels.

Write compelling copy for all social channels, championing our various brands.

Curate and present engaging, revenue-driven Instagram feeds weekly for approval, identifying engagement opportunities

Manage daily community interactions across all platforms, including monitoring comments, tagged photos, and inbox messages

Track, monitor, and report on social media performance and engagement metrics

Upload all new products to our website and monitor the website.

Work towards increasing out digital footprint.

Photography Responsibilities:

IMAGE EDITING in Photoshop or Lightroom.

Shoot in-house product images as required.

Other tasks:

Assist with showroom styling and set up along with all design team members.

Assist with presentation booklets if required.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

· Well-developed Adobe Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Lightroom.

· Strong image editing skills is a MUST.

· Minimum of 1 year experience in graphic design, marketing or photography (post graduate may be considered).

· Tertiary level in any of the above completed.

· Ability to work at a fast pace.

· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

· Excellent time management skills.

· Attention to detail.

· Previous experience in Homewares Industry an advantage.

· Willingness to take on tasks as required by the Creative Director.

· Current drivers License a must.

· Must be a Permanent Resident of Australia or Citizen.
