KIND Kitchens & Interior Design is well respected for providing customized designing joinery solutions. All our cabinetry and stone bench tops are proudly Australian-made in our Melbourne factory. We are rapidly expanding our retail branches and require hardworking and ambitious individuals. This role would be a perfect start if you are interested in the interior design and construction industry.

Tasks and responsibilities

Greeting customers and answering phone calls.

Providing customers with in-depth knowledge of KIND Kitchens' products and services' structural, material, design, and manufacturing.

Qualifying customers and forwarding leads.

Maintaining the cleanliness of the showroom.

Assisting senior designers in preparing the initial draft using CabMaster software.

Assisting Senior designers in preparing initial quotes using Excel.

Administration.

Must be able to work on Saturdays.

Skills and experience

Customer service or retail experience is a MUST.

Experience in sales of high-value products or services will be highly regarded.

Passion for interior design and renovation.

Basic spatial visualisation ability is required.

Have a confident, friendly personality and excellent communication skills.

Great attention to detail.

An ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Confident computer user (MS Word, Excel, Outlook Email etc.).

A desire to learn and grow.

Must have Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
