With our state-of-the-art facility in Lytton and continued investment in people, systems and technology, we are seeking a Transport & Customer Experience Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring smooth transport operations while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

About the Role

Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm, this hands-on role is the perfect mix of administration, data entry, and customer service. You’ll be responsible for supporting the transport team with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring accuracy in systems, and being a friendly and professional point of contact for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and process transport bookings and data into internal systems

Provide frontline customer service support, responding to enquiries and updates

Monitor transport schedules and assist with daily job allocation

Liaise with drivers, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows

Assist with preparation of transport documentation and reporting

Proactively resolve issues and escalate when required to ensure customer satisfaction

General administrative support

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in administration, customer service, or transport support

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in transport/logistics systems is an advantage

A proactive, positive and customer-focused attitude
