An experienced Change Manager / Business Analyst is needed for a key role in a transformation project with one of Queensland’s iconic organisations. This role will be central to redesigning processes, supporting system improvements and driving meaningful change across a complex, multi-site environment.

About the Role
Reporting into a Senior Project Manager, you will step into a pivotal role within a significant transformation program with both an ERP and process change focus.
This encompassing project has been underway for some time and has shifted to now focusing on major supply chain projects, including advanced warehouse management and material requirements planning across multiple sites, including over 200 warehouses.

This position will see you:

• Lead process design and change activities across sourcing, purchasing, and payments
• Partner closely with a range of senior stakeholders to align priorities and secure buy-in across the organisation
• Map processes, redesign operating models, and influence system design (Dynamics365) to support improved supply chain practices
• Provide guidance to a team of analysts and change professionals already engaged in delivery
• Drive engagement, communication, and training to ensure lasting change across a complex environment

About You
We’re looking for a senior operator with proven experience in large-scale transformation. Ultimately, there is a level of pragmatism and flexibility about the exact skillset you bring, so if you have some of the below, but not all, I would encourage you to apply.

You will bring:

• A track record leading change in ERP implementations or remediation (D365 advantageous)
• Experience working in large, complex organisations
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and P2P processes – MRP or AWM transformation highly regarded
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level
• A collaborative style and the ability to cut through complexity to deliver results
