Having historically referred risk advice externally, the business is now bringing this capability in-house. This presents an exciting opportunity for a polished and client-focused Risk Specialist / Insurance Adviser to step in, take over an existing book, and immediately add value.

The Role

As Senior Risk Adviser, you will:

• Manage an established book clients with ongoing referrals
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews and deliver tailored risk solutions
• Provide client-first advice across personal and business insurance needs
• Work closely with accountants, strategic advisers and lenders to continue to grow the risk insurance business
• Service clients nationwide with a tech-driven firm utilising online meetings to reach a wider client base
• Work closely with risk specialist paraplanners and experienced insurance administrative support

This is a service-driven role – no prospecting or lead generation is required. Your focus will be on high-quality delivery, client engagement, and ensuring seamless implementation.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced (5+ years) in providing insurance advice, ideally across a diverse client base
• Polished, professional, and confident with high-net-worth and sophisticated clients
• Skilled in client engagement, with outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
