We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage and streamline accounts and reporting processes across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Enter invoices accurately into accounting systems
• Prepare and issue invoicing and progress claims
• Oversee and coordinate pay runs
• Assist project teams with financial reporting
• Monitor work in hand and cash flow
• Prepare reports and items for monthly board meetings
• Oversee bank guarantees, bonds, and retention management
• Provide data analysis across clients, projects, and internal teams

Skills & Attributes:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts/finance within the Construction industry
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with accounting systems - Must have Cheops experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights clearly
• Proactive, adaptable, and process-driven
• Comfortable balancing transactional and reporting responsibilities
