You’ll work in partnership with your team and families to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every child thrives—and has a blast doing it.

You'll be hands-on with curriculum planning, working with the team, and helping shape the unique identity of our service. Whether it’s messy play, singing silly songs, or sparking a love for literacy, you’ll work with laughter, learning and love.

You’ll be responsible for:

Creating and delivering engaging, age-appropriate programs

Building strong, genuine relationships with children and their families

Keeping documentation and observations clear, meaningful, and linked to outcomes

Making sure your room is safe, inclusive, and buzzing with learning and joy

Collaborating with the wider centre team to support high-quality practice and compliance
