About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Services Officer to join a busy and professional property team. This role is ideal for someone with strong trust accounting experience, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for accuracy and compliance.
You will be responsible for ensuring financial and property administration processes are delivered efficiently and in line with legislation, while providing high-quality support to the broader team.

Key Responsibilities
Tenant & Lease Management
Manage rental arrears and receipting of tenant payments.
Conduct rent reviews and implement adjustments.
Oversee lease expiries, renewals, and terminations.
Coordinate new tenant onboarding and maintain accurate records.
Administer bond management processes in line with compliance requirements.
Outgoings & Financial Management
Prepare, update, and reconcile outgoings schedules.
Process on-charges and allocations.
Perform monthly adjustments and reconciliations.
Enter expense invoices accurately and promptly.
Assist with mid-month and end-of-month processing.
Support trust account audits and compliance reporting.
Compliance & Documentation
Coordinate Annual Fire Safety Statements.
Draft and issue agency agreements for sales, leasing, and management.
Maintain statutory and compliance requirements.
Manage property-related subscriptions.
Operational Support
Provide support to senior team members as required.
Process leasing fees upon deal completion.
Maintain digital filing systems and documentation.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Demonstrated trust account experience.
Strong understanding of real estate legislation and trust accounting procedures.
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (if applicable).
Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate independently.
Desirable:
Previous trust account experience in a real estate setting.
Accounting qualifications (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree level).
