About the Role:
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Care Manager to join our leadership team. This position has become available due to an internal restructure and is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a small, community-focused facility where your expertise and interpersonal skills will be truly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the clinical care team to ensure high standards of resident care

Oversee clinical governance and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting in line with the Aged Care Act

Build and nurture strong relationships with residents, families, and staff

Assist with staff education and mentoring to support best practice care delivery

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Experience in residential aged care, with a strong understanding of aged care standards and clinical requirements
Excellent knowledge of the Aged Care Act, including compliance, accreditation, and reporting requirements
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and team-oriented approach
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture
