Summary Of Position:
Are you someone who loves making a difference in people’s lives? As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in creating moments of joy, connection, and purpose for residents and their families. This is your chance to bring warmth, creativity, and compassion into every day while working with a supportive organisation that truly values its people.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and delivering a variety of lifestyle programs that support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
• Listening to residents and families to create personalised activities that reflect individual interests, goals, and backgrounds.
• Encouraging participation and building a strong sense of community where everyone feels included and valued.
• Working hand-in-hand with care teams to ensure lifestyle programs are aligned with residents’ care needs.
• Coordinating events and activities that are well planned, meaningful, and enjoyable.
• Supporting and guiding volunteers to enhance the overall resident experience.
• Keeping track of programs and outcomes so we can continue to improve and celebrate successes.

What we’re looking for

• Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle (or equivalent).
• Current NDIS clearance (or in the process).
• Level II First Aid Certificate.
• Experience in a similar Lifestyle role within aged care.
• A warm, creative, and proactive approach to building engaging programs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
• Above all, genuine empathy, patience, and a passion for enriching the lives of older people.
