What You'll Need

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support, or first-year nursing with aged care placement
• Experience in aged care
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Up-to-date vaccinations as per Australian Immunisation Handbook

Your Role

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Promote independence and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
