Are you a qualified and compassionate PCA with at least 6 months of experience in Australian Aged Care? E4 Healthcare are looking for reliable and flexible carers to fill casual shifts across aged care facilities in Gisborne and surrounding suburbs.

Role Highlights:

• Pick up temp and on-call shifts in local aged care facilities
  
  
• Provide person-centred care to elderly residents
  
  
• Support with ADLs including showering, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility
  
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and report changes in resident conditions
  
  
• Contribute to a supportive and respectful care environment
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of PCA experience in an Australian aged care setting
  
  
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
  
  
• Valid Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  
  
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
  
  
• Up-to-date COVID-19 & Flu vaccinations
  
  
• Excellent communication and time management skills
  
  
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends as needed
