Change Manager – 18 Month FTC
Location: Sydney CBD – 4 Days in the Office
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to play a pivotal role in guiding teams and stakeholders through a significant period of transformation. This is an exciting opportunity for a communications-driven Change professional who thrives on execution, training, and inspiring audiences.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering clear and engaging communications – creating content, updating intranet portals, and broadcasting company-wide messages;
- Executing change initiatives, guiding the team, and ensuring delivery against milestones;
- Designing and delivering impactful training sessions for employees and external partners, inspiring confidence and adoption of change; and
- Supporting the organisation in embedding best practice change management approaches.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in change management, with a strong focus on communications and training delivery;
- Ability to create and execute engaging content that connects with diverse audiences;
- Demonstrated success in delivering training to internal and external stakeholders, guiding them through new ways of working;
- Strong execution focus – able to inspire, guide, and drive adoption across teams; and
- Experience in ERP or property/asset management systems is desirable but not essential.
The Offer
