Facilities Coordinator - Commercial Portfolio

Are you a proactive and organised facilities professional ready to take the next step in your career? Join a leading global property services firm and play a key role in managing a commercial office portfolio in the heart of Sydney.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations across multiple commercial office sites
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and manage maintenance requests, compliance tasks, and safety protocols
- Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Assist with reporting, budgeting, and procurement activities
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in facilities coordination or property management (commercial preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and respond quickly to issues
- Familiarity with WHS regulations and building compliance
- Tech-savvy with experience using FM systems (e.g., CMMS)
Contract Details:
- 6-month contract with potential for extension
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Competitive hourly rate up to $55/hr
