Our client is highly experienced in the Facilities Services game. Commercial cleaning, landscape maintenance and more. They have added another business stream to their already successful enterprise, NDIS cleaning services, garden maintenance and nursing services.
We are now seeking a driven and experienced NDIS Sales Manager to oversee and expand disability support programs across Canberra. This is a key sales role responsible for identifying, connecting, calling and building relationships with key personnel in the NDIS support service space. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organised, and passionate about improving outcomes for participants within the NDIS framework.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Prospect & Generate Leads - Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking, referrals, and outreach strategies.
- Build & Maintain Relationships - Develop trust-based relationships with decision-makers, focusing on long-term partnerships rather than one-off sales.
- Understand Client Needs - Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges, tailor solutions, and align offerings with client goals.
- Negotiate & Close Deals - Prepare proposals, present solutions, handle objections, negotiate terms, and secure agreements that benefit both parties.
- Account Management & Growth - Provide ongoing support to clients, upsell or cross-sell additional products/services, and ensure high customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.
Skills & Experience - Highly regarded
- Minimum 2+ years' management experience in disability or community services
* Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and compliance standards
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Proven ability to manage budgets, reporting, and program growth
Benefits & Perks
- Salary package $90K - $140K + super, based on experience, more senior candidates can attract a higher remuneration.
