We're a small, highly skilled, and supportive window and door manufacturing company in West Gosford. We build high-quality residential aluminium windows and doors from start to finish – no production line shortcuts. This role is for a fabricator who is not only fast and precise but also a natural leader and team player.

What You'll Do

Fabricate high-end aluminium windows and doors with precision and speed

Lead by example on the factory floor, training and mentoring others

Troubleshoot and problem-solve fabrication challenges

Carry out occasional onsite and service work

Requirements

Valid driver's licence and reliable transport

Ability to read measurements and cut with accuracy

Physically fit and ready to work

Strong communication and presentation skills

Minimum 3-5 years of aluminium window and door industry experience

Australian work rights required
