About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated & Mature Factory Staff member to join our team at Designer Tanks and Designer Plunge Pools.

Based in Smeaton Grange, this full-time role is integral to the fabrication and assembly of our premium stainless steel plunge pools and water tanks.

You'll be working hands-on in a supportive, quality-focused environment, helping to produce products renowned for their durability and design.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building and assembling stainless steel plunge pools and water tanks to match job specifications

Using a variety of tools and machines to cut, shape, and weld metal parts

Checking your work to make sure it meets our quality and safety standards

Working closely with the rest of the production team to keep things running smoothly and efficiently

Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and safe at all times

Helping out team members and pitching in where needed to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality, accurate work

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when faced with challenges

A reliable team player who can also work independently when needed

A valid driver’s licence and dependable transport to and from our Smeaton Grange facility

A mature attitude to work, we will provide the training
