About the role

Aluminium Window and Door fabricator required to join our business based in Castle Hill, NSW.

Full time, Casual and Contract positions available.

This is a secure and long term role for an "Experienced Fabricators".

What you'll be doing

Cutting, assembling and glazing aluminium window frames to specification

Performing quality checks and making adjustments to ensure windows meet all required standards

Use a drop saw and copy router to cut and process aluminium sections

Use hydrologic punches and tooling to process aluminium sections

Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

Read and understand fabrication reports, tech manuals and cross section drawings - this is essential!

What we're looking for

At least 4 years' experience in aluminium window and door fabrication

Strong technical skills and an eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Good problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team

Ability to solve issues independently and bring solutions to the table

Commitment to workplace health and safety

About us

WRS Windows & Doors was original based in Queensland for that last 10 years and has set up in Sydney in 2024. We primarily fabricate the Darley KlassicView residential range along with Bifold doors and semi commercial sections.
