This role is as a Textile Fabrication In-charge for Sydney Shade Sails, a leading family-owned business in the shade sail industry of NSW, specialising in the design, fabrication and installation of shade structures and shade sails.

They have a very special small team who enjoy working together and band together to get it done!

They need a superstar sailmaker or industrial textile fabricator to come in and take charge of all facets of sail making, from patterning, plotting, cutting, sewing and PVC welding.

Ability to work on job sites to install steel posts, anchor points and shade sails would be highly regarded.

They need someone with a great attention to detail, a good work ethic, who is organised and can work unsupervised or in a team.
