About the role

Reporting to the Group Senior Manager, People Services, this eight week contract role will provide immediate support to deliver critical people and change initiatives. You will be hands on in leading consultation and implementation activities linked to operating model changes, alleviating pressure on an already stretched HR function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving change initiatives and supporting structural shifts with clarity and care
• Managing complex consultation processes in a highly unionised environment
• Identifying and shaping the culture and behaviours required to enable transformation
• Providing practical, hands on support in a fast-moving and high-stakes environment

This role requires someone who can step in and deliver from day one - no hand holding, just the confidence that comes from prior experience leading similar initiatives.

About You

You are an experienced senior HR/change professional who brings:

• A proven track record leading operating model changes and structural change programs
• Strength in working within unionised and industrially complex settings
• The ability to manage psychosocial and other risks while maintaining momentum
• A "roll up your sleeves" approach with empathy and kindness for impacted staff
• Comfort working autonomously, with the credibility to partner with senior leaders
