About the role:

Seeking Change Manager to work on our client's Integrated Workforce Management Program, to drive and embed sustainable business process change strategies to deliver the benefits of a large-scale, ICT-enabled improvement program. This role also supports the development of change capability within the program team by providing mentoring and guidance in Change Management. Based on-site at the implementing facility, the Change Lead will foster strong stakeholder engagement and provide end-user support to ensure successful implementation and long-term adoption.

Responsabilities:

• Lead change implementation to improve workforce management and business models.
• Collaborate with the IWFM Transformation team and Change Specialist on new processes.
• Drive stakeholder communication and engagement across all levels.
• Deliver strategies, toolkits, and collateral aligned with IWFM change methodology.
• Provide specialist change management expertise to enable sustainable outcomes.
• Strengthen team capability through coaching and mentoring in change management and business transformation.
• Identify risks and issues, championing a best-practice change approach aligned with IWFM standards and past lessons learned.
• Motivate and inspire the team by fostering positive relationships and setting clear objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in change management and business transformation.
• Track record leading workforce management transformations, delivering benefits, engaging stakeholders, and driving communications and training in large, complex programs.
• Strong skills in change planning, analysis, resistance management, problem solving, and managing multiple priorities within deadlines.
• Extensive experience documenting, implementing, and evaluating business change in large-scale projects.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and connect effectively, including in remote settings.
