About You

Motivated and experienced Rehabilitation Consultant passionate about supporting clients in an Occupational Rehabilitation Support setting, seeking a right-fit organisation with unique mentorship opportunities from industry-leading experts.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker or Nursing.

Professional registration and accreditation: AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA/AASW

Australian Driver's License

Comcare Workplace Rehabilitation Provider accreditation (or eligible for)

DVA Rehabilitation Provider accreditation (or eligible for)

Responsibilities

Conduct initial rehabilitation needs assessments

Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans to guide return to work and/ or recovery

Conduct discipline specific assessments

Provide case management
