After 11 wonderful years on Oxford Street, we’ve recently built and relocated to a brand-new, modern practice. This exciting phase of growth has opened up an opportunity for a dedicated and reliable Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly team.

Our modern, light-filled practice is located in vibrant Bulimba, overlooking Memorial Park and just off Oxford Street. We use the latest technology and treatments, always going the extra mile to provide the best possible experience for our patients.

About the Role:

Assist chairside during dental procedures

Ensure general cleaning and sterilisation of instruments

Greet patients warmly and make them feel welcome and valued

Answer phone calls, take vital information, and manage appointment scheduling

Process patient accounts and assist with billing

Maintain a caring, supportive, and trusted environment for all patients

Support dentists and dental assistants to ensure smooth daily operations

Foster great relationships with patients and colleagues alike

About You:

Strong communication skills with a natural willingness to help others

High attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately

Proactive, able to take initiative without needing constant direction

Compassionate, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, with the ability to seamlessly integrate into a team

Prior dental surgery experience is essential
