Your new role

As Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations, reporting, and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for month-end close, management reporting, and financial analysis, while also contributing to process improvements and cross-functional projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• CPA or equivalent professional accounting certification
• Minimum 5 years' experience in finance or accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards
• Experience with cloud-based ERP systems (NetSuite)
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 proficiency
• PowerBI and Power Automate experience
• Payroll processing experience and understanding of employee earnings legislation
• Proven ability to optimise systems and document procedures
