• Mixing and preparing doughs with precision

• Operating and monitoring ovens and other baking equipment

• Producing high-quality baked goods consistently

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

• Must be a Qualified Baker

Education/Experience:

AQF Certificate 111 in Baking and 1 year’s work experience.

OR

At least three (3) year’s relevant work experience.

• Proven industry experience in a commercial bakery

• Strong knowledge of dough mixing and baking techniques
