An exciting opportunity exists for a Personal Assistant in Adelaide, SA 5000.

Responsibilities

Supporting the CEO with standard tasks, including organizing meetings, managing schedules, and coordinating communication with clients

Travelling for trips between Adelaide (Head Office), Melbourne

Assisting in preparations for events across multiple venues (around 15–20 venues weekly)

Maintaining a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment

Ensuring adherence to professional business etiquette and dress code

Requirements

Drivers license

Excellent English and grammar skills

Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, Gmail, and general email communication

Formal business attire required

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Previous Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Event Management experience is nice to have, but not essential
