Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Transport Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our transportation operations, including the allocation of vehicles and drivers. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily transport operations, ensuring vehicles and drivers are allocated effectively.

Optimise routes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet delivery schedules.

Lead, mentor, and review team performance, fostering a safe and positive work environment.

Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and safety protocols through audits and training.

Drive customer satisfaction by resolving transport issues and collaborating with other departments.

Maintain accurate records, manage budgets, and report on operational performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Transport Supervisor or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in Bulk Fuel Logistics highly advantageous.
