Join Goodstart as a Centre Support Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring our centres run smoothly and safely.

In this busy, varied role, you'll provide administrative, compliance, and service support across our Facilities & Asset Management partnership, helping resolve escalations, maintain accurate records, and deliver high-quality outcomes for our centres, stakeholders, and most importantly - the children and families we support.

Your Impact:

As a Centre Support Coordinator, you'll be the go-to connection between our centres, stakeholders, and the Facilities & Asset Management team. Your work will ensure timely responses to job escalations, compliance requirements, and essential services - keeping our centres safe, well-maintained, and operating smoothly. By managing records, supporting reporting, and fostering strong relationships across teams, you'll directly contribute to creating safe, welcoming learning environments for children and peace of mind for families and educators.

You'll bring to the table:

Essential:

• A minimum of 2 years administration experience in a large, multi-site, service-related organisation.
• Previous experience with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Desirable:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
• Previous Childcare Industry Experience
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
