Resourceful Recruitment has been engaged by a leading Queensland Renewable Energy company to recruit a People & Culture Systems Support professional for a 6-month contract.

Your Role

You'll provide critical day-to-day operational support to the People & Culture Operations team across all SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a primary focus on Employee Central. This hands-on role combines technical system support with stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless HR operations and continuous system improvements.

Working closely with internal teams, external consultants, and business stakeholders, you'll be the go-to person for system issues, enhancement requests, and process improvements that directly impact the employee experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing first-line support across all SuccessFactors modules, specialising in Employee Central functionality
• Creating and maintaining job requisitions, positions, and employee records in compliance with governance processes
• Troubleshooting workflow issues and managing escalations to external consultants
• Supporting system administration, including permission updates, org structure maintenance, and data accuracy
• Managing support tickets with external partners, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
• Triaging and prioritising system enhancement requests from business stakeholders
• Collaborating with consultants to deliver technical fixes, enhancements, and new functionality
• Supporting system testing activities, including SIT and UAT processes
• Contributing to knowledge-sharing, documentation, and training material development
• Partnering with P&C teams to identify and deliver system improvements that enhance user experience

Your Background & Experience

We're seeking an experienced HR systems specialist with strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has a passion for system optimisation and user support.
You'll bring:

• Proven experience in HR systems support with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience (Employee Central essential)
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle from a systems perspective
• Experience with user access management, security roles, and governance frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously
• Experience working with external vendors or consultants to deliver system improvements
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented approach with commitment to data integrity and process compliance
• Collaborative mindset with proven ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
