We are in need of a highly motivated, confident National Account Manager to join our Sales team.
What you will be doing
We are seeking a highly motivated National Account Manager (NAM) to take ownership of our key national retail partners.
This is a high-profile, commercially critical role where you will manage multi-million-dollar portfolios, lead joint business planning, and deliver category and brand growth in Australia’s most competitive liquor channels.
Key Responsibilities
Own the customer relationship managing all commercial negotiations, JBPs, and execution.
Deliver distribution, visibility, promotions, and new product launches across major retail banners.
Partner with internal teams (marketing, supply, finance, field sales) to ensure flawless execution in market.
Track performance, analyse data, and provide insights that guide strategy and investment decisions.
Negotiate trading terms and promotional programs to deliver sustainable sales and profit growth.
About You
Proven success managing national grocery or liquor retail accounts (Coles, Woolworths, EDG, Independents, Costco, ALDI or equivalent).
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at senior buyer level.
Experience in category management and confident using data (IRI, Aztec or similar) to drive results.
Collaborative and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
A passion for premium spirits and building brands in the Australian market.
