At Pets Domain, we’re passionate about helping pet parents give their pets the best life. With stores across Australia and a growing online presence, we’re looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team at our Support Office in St Leonards.

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this full-time position will support the Marketing team across a wide range of activities. You’ll play a key role in delivering social media and email marketing campaigns, assisting with promotions and advertising, supporting in-store events, and helping maintain our e-commerce website.

Key responsibilities

Schedule and publish social media and email marketing campaigns

Support advertising and promotional activities across multiple channels

Assist with in-store activations and events, liaising with internal teams and stores

Provide support on general marketing projects and day-to-day tasks

Help maintain and update Pets Domain’s e-commerce website

What we’re looking for

A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to deliver results

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage priorities, work independently and as part of a team

Experience with social media management (Meta Business Suite)

Email marketing experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
