About you:

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)

Minimum 3 years post-trade experience in a busy kitchen environment

HACCP knowledge

Commitment to high standards of food quality, safety and hygiene

Ability to work efficiently, cleanly and collaboratively whilst under pressure

Your day looks like:

Creating and consistently delivering delicious high-quality dishes

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen at all times

Working closely with front of house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
