About the Role:

As a Lead Educator, you will:

Lead your room team with professionalism, positivity, and purpose

Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Maintain compliance with EYLF and NQS

What You Need:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

Current Blue Card

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)

A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS

A genuine passion for early childhood education
