✅ What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Current Working With Children Check

First Aid Certification (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis)

Essential Skills & Attributes

Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

Confident and inspiring leadership and mentoring skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to create, implement, and evaluate engaging programs

Collaborative, team-first mindset

Desirable

Previous experience as a Lead Educator / Room Leader

Inclusive practices for children with additional needs

Proficiency with planning and documentation software

Experience working with allied health or external support professionals
