The Opportunity: Lead Educator & Nursery Lead
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
- Location: Rosewood
- Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
- Compensation: Up to $45 per hour + super + bonuses + retention rate

The Opportunities
- Lead Educator – Lead a room and inspire your team to create educational programs aligned with the EYLF.
- Nursery Lead – Provide a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners, while building strong partnerships with families.
Education & Qualifications
- Lead Educator / Nursery Lead – Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying towards one).
- Current QLD Blue Card.
- A strong work ethic, sense of humour, and passion for early childhood education.
