The Opportunity
We’re looking for passionate Educators and Lead Educators who want more than “just a job.” At QCCS, you’ll have the chance to inspire children through creative, play-based learning while being part of a supportive team that celebrates your ideas and helps you grow.
As an Educator, you’ll be hands-on — singing, laughing, playing, and supporting children in their learning journey. As a Lead Educator, you’ll also guide your team, helping to create meaningful programs that spark curiosity and build confidence.
What You’ll Need
- Educators: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or studying towards)
- Lead Educators: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or studying towards) + Cert III
- Current QLD Blue Card & First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis training
- Flexibility, reliability, and a sense of fun!
